Hanwha Techwin extensively participates in ‘2016 Security China’,
and introduces new products, solutions and key core technologies
Hanwha Techwin took part in the ‘2016 Security China’ exhibition, held in Beijing from October 25th to 28th. ‘Security China’ is the biggest security exhibition in China, where global security companies gather to share a variety of security solutions, including image surveillance systems, access control systems, and invasion detection systems.
On this occasion, Hanwha Techwin announced its new leap from Hanwha Group and demonstrated its capacity as a market leader focusing on security as its main business, and introduced new products, solutions, and key core technologies.
The most remarkable product was the 4K UHD (Ultra High Definition) Wisenet P camera series which offer images with excellent resolution. Hanwha Techwin applies H.265 compression and Wise Stream technology to conventional 4K cameras, which allows highly efficient use of the image storage hard disk by reducing image size nearly by half with great compression rates.
The Wisenet Q series are also noteworthy products. Features of the newly launched 4 megapixel/2 megapixel Wisenet Q line-up include enhanced image quality capturing details during day and night, a True WDR function that can easily identify objects in backlight situations, and usability in any browser without the need for plug-in installation.
In addition to the introduction of major product line-up, Hanwha Techwin highlighted its strengths as a solutions company by setting up multiple vertical zones for retail, commercial, and education/medical areas, and introducing solutions available for each application.
Also, Hanwha Techwin introduced its proprietary optical lens technology and intelligent analysis functions by establishing a core technology zone and showcased its excellent technical capabilities.
Hanwha Techwin expects to consolidate its position in Korea as the No. 1 company, as well as in the global market, by proactively targeting overseas markets through the Chinese exhibition.
