There are many reasons why a video might freeze. The 2 most critical reasons are the following.

If the recording image frame (number of recorded images) is low, the recording days increases but the image becomes less fluid and breaks up during playback.
Either the bandwidth at Network-Connection Mode is restricted or the network service provider’s network upload speed on site does not satisfy the upload speed required by the recorder.
If the device operates normally from the internal network and has issues at remote mode, please check the network upload speed.
