Live output is unavailable on LTE.
Video transmission may be blocked depending on who your carrier network is.
If you have entered the correct device registration information, but the video output is still unavailable, please try one of the following:
1. Go to [Setup]-[Video Streaming Protocol] and click 'RTSP over TCP'.
2. In case of DVR, go to [Channel List]-[Edit Channel], click the device you want, and enter 'RTSP port'.
RTSP port is the very last of the Device ports.
Check the port in Network setup of the DVR set.
※ When setting up Secure Video Transmission or HTTPS:
RTSP over TCP access mode is unavailable.
Fisheye camera (QNF-8010/9010) channel 1 shows the same video as the newly added video channel 2 or 3.
While in Multi view mode, Wisenet Mobile takes the lowest resolution profile from all of the camera profiles.
If the profile of the newly added video channel 2 or 3 is the lowest resolution profile, their videos could overlap with each other.
In that case, set the resolution of the mobile profile lower than that of the video channel 2 or 3.
[DVR] No video is displayed (when 'Video security transmission' of DVR setting is 'ON'.)
If 'Video security transmission' in DVR setting is set to 'ON', the video will not be displayed at current version.
The next version will be updated soon.
[DVR] The channel connection of the DVR is disconnected oftenly.
Checklist: Please check if there is a connection from another phone using Admin ID.
In case of DVR, only one Admin account can be connected at the same time.
In case of connections simultaneously, the person who connects last is connected, and the existing connection is disconnected.
Admin Duplicate access is not allowed, so please create a User account for equipment that requires multiple simultaneous connections
