Q. I cannot connect to the WebViewer or iPOLiS from an external network.
There are many reasons why access from external network might be restricted.
Please check the following.
1. First, check if the equipment monitor displays an image.
2. Please check if web access is normal from the internal network.
3. Check if the router port forwarding is setup appropriately.
* If you changed your router and your Internet service provider, there is a possibility that your port forwarding does not function properly.
