According to some telecommunication service provider network, the video transmission can be blocked.
If video output is not available even if the registration ifnormation of equipment is correctly entered, please try as follows.

1. Click ‘RTSP over TCP’ at [Setting]-[Video transmission method].
2. Click the device name at [Channel list]-[Channel edit] and enter ‘RTSP port’.
For DVR, RTSP port is the last port of Device port.
Check ‘RTSP port’ at DVR set Network setting.
For NVR, Check ‘RTSP port’ at [Setting]-[Network]-[Interface]-[Port].

※ When setting a Secure Video Transmission or HTTPS, RTSP over TCP access mode cannot be used.”
