Hanwha Techwin, a global security company, announced the opening of its first customer service center to provide regionally customized service and technical assistance at the manufacturing facility complex in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
Launching of the service center creates an environment to accept and process local customer voices (Voice of Customers) on a real-time basis and helps expand consumer touchpoints as part of a one-stop full care customer service. Hanwha Techwin, with launching of the service center in Vietnam, will accelerate close cooperation between sales departments and the service center. It expects to gain core competitiveness in the customer service area along with the manufacturing and distribution area.
Providing customer service throughout Vietnam, including Hanoi, Hanwha Techwin aims to provide the industry’s highest levels of customer service backed by its expertise in technologies. Product inspections and repairs are conducted by professionals expertly trained at the Hanwha Techwin headquarters. In so doing, customer service cycles, from product registration to service completion, are completed in less than 48 hours owing to the logistic and inventory infrastructures, and the factory’s technical support.
In addition, Hanwha Techwin operates an integrated call center to provide consultation services in the local Vietnamese language and to provide remote problem-solving solutions in order to solve on-site issues regardless of location or time. Services now are provided promptly with standardized guidelines to increase customer satisfaction.
Hanwha Techwin’s Vietnam manager said, “With the opening of the service center, we plan to collect feedbacks from customers and on-site workers thus securing a higher service quality and sustainable development.” He also added, “We will do our best to build a solid foundation to create a new paradigm in security solutions.
